I have been developing for 30 years, and have developed a large range of building types: Churches, flats, houses, self build schemes, site assembly schemes and commercial conversions. I have also worked on many listed and heritage buildings.
My developments are always of the highest quality. I focus on obtaining planning permission, and seeing the real potential of land and buildings. We work with land owners, the community and local authorities, to create beautiful places to live, and enhance land values by getting consent to build. Its a win – win for everyone.
I have a strong service ethos, and believe in the value of long term relationships. We care about our environment and the people we work with. Most of my time is spent developing, and I have been asked many times to share what I know, by people who are frustrated about where and how to find good quality sites that make good returns, and are fed up with trying to buy through expensive agents.
So I now also run training events, teaching people how to do what I do. This takes up a smaller amount of my time, as my main job is doing my own projects. My style of teaching is friendly and engaging, with a real passion for helping people do great deals.
