The course is designed to engage and teach students in multiple ways

It is delivered over 12 months,6 months in the classroom, followed by 6 months of monthly follow up engagement on-line in small groups. There are 8 modules in total, covering everything you need to know to find, appraise, negotiate, get planning, and sell or develop.
Group tuition in a small team
You will become part of a close-knit team of like-minded knowledgeable professionals who find, and get planning on site
We support each other, learn from each other, and do deals together. You will be much more successful working within a group, than you will be trying to do it on your own.
The course is based on the principle of active involvement by students, and working together – to solve real-life everyday planning issues. The emphasis is on active involvement.
You will experience a wide range of case studies which will skyrocket your knowledge and give you the confidence to implement what you have learnt.

Monthly Q & A webinars / zoom sessions
This is where students can ask me questions 1 on 1, and also allows you to learn from other students questions. This way you’re learning increases massively and helps you remember the course content

As part of the group, you will be entitled to join our social media forums where you can post your live questions and comment on other people’s questions. This resource will increasingly become more important as a point of reference in the future, and a repository of many issues that you will come across.
